You can assign up to 9 different relationships including manager, peer, subordinate, customer, and mentor. Reports compare assessment results across relationships and provide a great opportunity to address identified skill gaps.
Following assessment completion, users can access their Individual Skills Inventory Report which highlights the skills the user possesses in the highest degrees. This report is also sometimes referred to as the "Strengths Report".
Users can access their Individual Skill Gaps Report, which highlights the most critical skill weaknesses. This report compares the assessed level of proficiency with the required level of proficiency and the importance of that skill to the job.
